Though this fic  has 93 chapters, you’ll feel hungry for more once you start reading this awesome Alternate Universe fic! Roux Roux created a wonderful new world ruled by Urah-tans –a race of  blue-skinned aliens who have humans as slaves. There are vampires in this new realm as well, but they are mostly wild beasts that don’t even talk – though some of them have been captured and domesticated as sexual pets for the nobility.  (Can you say, ‘yum’? LOL)

After arriving at this new world, Sookie and Eric get separated. Sookie is made a slave while Eric gets taken and is being experimented on. Through a twist of fate, Sookie reveals her telepathy and gets the shock of her life! She is made Queen of the Urah-tans -just in time to save Eric from meeting his final death by claiming the Viking as her personal vampire pet! o.O

Then starts the tug of war between these two as they struggle to survive in this new world, and figure out a way to go back home. With only each other to depend on – their quest for survival quickly turns into something much more than either one of them could ever imagine. ;) *swoons*

But the Were-Tiger, Quinn, isn't done in this story when Sookie leaves him. He goes to great lengths to get her back and there is a great spin on the story about why Quinn cheated on Sookie.Will Sookie forgive Quinn and get back together with him? Or will she start over with Eric, now that she's been to the other side and sampled his Viking treats? And what about her child - where does he fit in? Will Eric accept Sookie with her son or is the Viking only out to play?

LOL

The Getaway by My Secret O depicts a wonderful, sexy journey made by Eric and Sookie - both physically and sexually.  In this fic, they are a couple that have come to terms with what they mean to each other, and they treat one another with respect and love. This fic has minimal angst, and yet there's still a lot of plot to delve into.

Our favorite couple go on a surprise trip planned by Eric, to somewhere cold and beautiful with minimal daylight, which means major playtime!  Our Viking takes Sookie on a sexual journey that goes from sweet, passionate lovemaking in a Hot Spring - where they cover each other in mud, to a Sex club, and many places in between.  It is sexually adventurous and explicit.  My favorite chapter is when Sookie is on her period (if I had to pick just one).  Eric takes her on many beautiful dates and they only turn up the heat when they go back home.

If you like lemons, lemonade, lemon cream pie, and lemon bars, this is the fic for you.
